Cookie Policy for www.lommarcafe.se / www.lommar.cafe
Last Updated: May 19, 2024
This document contains information about the technology used for this Application to fulfill the purposes described below. Such technology allows the Owner to access and store data (e.g., using a Cookie) or use resources (e.g., by running a script) on the User's device when the User interacts with this Application
All such technology is collectively referred to as "Trackers" in this document - unless there is a reason to make a distinction.
While Cookies can be used in browsers on both computers and mobile devices, for example, it would not be correct to refer to Cookies in connection with mobile apps since Cookies are used in browsers. In this document, therefore, the term Cookies refers only to this specific type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User's consent. A User who has given consent can withdraw it at any time and at no cost by following the instructions in this document.
This Application uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called "First-party Trackers") and Trackers that enable services provided by a third party (so-called "Third-party Trackers"). Unless otherwise specified in this document, third-party providers have access to the Trackers they manage.
The validity and expiration periods of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifespan the Owner or provider has set. Some expire when the User's browser session ends.In addition to what is specified in the descriptions in each category below, the User may find more precise and up-to-date information about the lifespan and other relevant information - e.g., about the existence of other Trackers - in each third party's privacy policy (see the links). Users may also contact the Owner.
This Application uses so-called technical Cookies and other similar Trackers to perform activities that are absolutely necessary for operating or delivering the Service.
Third-party Trackers
The purpose of these services is to host and run key components of this Application so that this Application can be provided from a unified platform. Such platforms provide the Owner with a wide range of tools - e.g., analytics tools, user registration, comments, database management, e-commerce, payments - which involve the collection and processing of Personal Data.
Some of these services operate through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine exactly where the Personal Data is stored.

Managing settings and giving or withdrawing consent
There are various ways to manage settings for Trackers and to give or withdraw consent:
The User can manage settings for Trackers directly in the device's settings, for example, by preventing the use or storage of Trackers.
If the use of Trackers is based on consent, the User can also give or withdraw their consent in the cookie notice settings or by updating the consent settings in the privacy widget, if available.
There are also features in browsers and on devices that allow previously stored Trackers, including those used to remember the User's initial consent settings, to be deleted.
Other Trackers in the browser's local memory can be deleted by clearing the browsing history.
Regarding third-party Trackers, Users can manage their settings via the opt-out link (where available), using the methods mentioned in the third party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.
